Bus Carrying Pilgrims from Sidon Overturns in Syria, Leaving Multiple Casualties

A vehicle transporting worshippers from Sidon en route to Mecca encountered a serious accident on Syria's Daraa Highway, leaving several people dead and many others wounded.

Syrian news outlets confirmed that the bus, which was traveling with Lebanese pilgrims aboard, crashed near the Khirbet Ghazala Bridge along the Daraa Highway corridor.

Emergency response teams quickly moved the injured to medical facilities in the vicinity of the incident.

Initial reports indicate the crash claimed at least 3 lives, with a minimum of 18 individuals sustaining injuries from the collision.
